I struggled with emotional eating, passive melancholy, and an increasing number of autoimmune disorders, but I refused to accept that Western medicine could only numb pain without offering real help. This led me to seek out alternatives and uncover the profound transformation that comes from dedicating myself to practices that strengthened and cleaned both mind, and body.<\/p><p>On this path I was fortunate to encounter incredible mentors and teachers. From Neurologist and NLP Master trainer Dr. med. Olga I. and Michael W. (Society of NLP, cert. Richard Bandler) who opened my eyes to a whole new realm of the wonder that is our brain, to David M., who revealed to me the magic of trance and hypnotic states as well as the influence of masculine and feminine power dynamics, and the connection between body, mind, and soul.<\/p><p>My background in guiding transformative rituals has deepened my personal journey. Ten years ago, my curiosity led me into the depths of \u201cthe jungle\u201d, where I sought to explore altered states of consciousness. Guided by mystic rituals and the wisdom of shamans, I embarked on a transformative journey. This experience opened my mind to new perspectives and deeper understandings of the self and the universe.
